The 2026 Premios Juventud ceremony, broadcast live from the Starlight Amphitheater in Marbella, Spain, saw Shakira, Prince Royce, and Romeo Santos emerge as the night’s biggest winners.
Royce and Santos each secured three awards, driven by their collaborative project, “Better Late Than Never,” which earned the best tropical album honor. Their tracks “Dardos” and “Lokita Por Mí” won tropical hit and tropical mix, respectively. Shakira was also crowned Premios Juventud female artist and won the OMG collaboration award for “Dai Dai” with Burna Boy, plus best pop song for “Bésame” alongside Alejandro Sanz. Aitana and Alejandro Fernández likewise took home three awards each.
Bad Bunny and Karol G also claimed two awards each, as did Bizarrap, Carín León, Ovy on the Drums, Santos Bravos, Grupo Frontera, Beéle, and Angelique Boyer.
The ceremony, which culminated a week of global events, also honored Antonio Banderas, Marc Anthony, Yandel, and La Oreja de Van Gogh with the Agent of Change award. Hosted by Jesús Vázquez alongside Alejandra Espinoza and Clarissa Molina, the event marked the first time the awards were held in Europe.
