San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans exited the game after recording three receptions for 94 yards.
Evans entered the contest already managing Achilles soreness and aggravated the issue late in the first half. The 49ers listed him as questionable for the second half.
With the 49ers holding a 20-3 lead at halftime, Evans’ return for the second half appears increasingly improbable.
Evans went down after making a 16-yard reception from Brock Purdy with 1:10 remaining in the first half. He walked directly to the training room for treatment and did not return to the sideline for the start of the second half.
Prior to his injury, Evans had compiled 24 receptions for 326 yards and three touchdowns this season.
UPDATE 10:04 P.M. ET: The 49ers have officially ruled out Evans for the remainder of the game.
