Duane “Keffe D” Davis, a 63-year-old former gang leader, has been convicted of the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.
The legendary rapper was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996, succumbing to his injuries days later. Davis was not charged with the murder until 2023 and subsequently stood trial in Las Vegas.
He was convicted of murder committed with a deadly weapon and now faces the possibility of a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
