Partners Group Holding AG (PGHN.SW, PEY.L) reported a decline in net income for the first half of 2026 compared with the prior year.
Profit attributable to the company’s owners fell to CHF 502.1 million from CHF 578.2 million a year earlier.
Earnings per share dropped to CHF 19.48 from CHF 22.13.
EBITDA decreased to CHF 706 million from CHF 774 million.
Operating profit slid to CHF 622.2 million from CHF 725 million.
Revenue slipped to CHF 1.12 billion from CHF 1.21 billion.
Looking ahead, the firm expects performance income to represent 20‑25 % of full‑year revenue, contingent on the timing of active exits, compared with its mid‑ to long‑term target of 25‑40 %.
The company continues to focus on expanding investment strategies, deepening client relationships and strengthening its leadership pipeline.
On Monday, Partners Group closed 2.22 % lower at CHF 732.80 on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
