ISTANBUL — Kazakh superapp Kaspi.kz is broadening its presence in Turkey following its recent acquisition of a Rabobank unit. The company is now providing shopping loans through its local e-commerce platform Hepsiburada and intends to introduce additional fintech services in the coming year.
