Carter Jensen delivered a decisive two‑run homer in the fifth, recorded three RBIs and added a near‑cycle‑closing single that helped guide Kansas City to a 7‑3 win over Miami.

Reliever Jac Caglianone posted two hits and two RBIs (63‑78), contributing pivotal offense in the final segment of the series.

Starting pitcher Michael Wacha remained solid, surging to his fourth sequential quality start by allowing three runs on six hits across six innings.

Trailing 3‑2 late in the game, the Royals rallied in the fifth as Jensen belted a game‑altering double and guided the team to a three‑run comeback.

When the Marlins regained the lead, Heriberto Hernandez and Agustin Ramirez each scored off Miami’s ace Sandy Alcantara, capping a 3‑4 road‑trip loss.
