SPOILER ALERT: This post contains details on Big Brother Season 28, Episode 32, which aired on Thursday, September 10.
As Big Brother Season 28 reaches its final stretch, the competition intensifies and strategic moves become essential for survival.
Host Julie Chen Moonves presided over a live eviction episode in which one housemate was voted out and sent to the Jury House.
Barrett Pfeiffer claimed the Head of Household title in Week 9, earning immunity and the power to nominate three competitors for eviction.
At the nomination ceremony, Barrett targeted three notable figures in the game — Angela Murray from Big Brother 26, Dee Valladares from Survivor 45, and Rick Devens from Survivor 38 and Survivor 50.
The nominated housemates still had a chance to save themselves through the Power of Veto competition. Yash Patel emerged victorious in the iconic BB Comics challenge but chose not to use the veto, leaving the nominations intact.
Angela, Dee, and Rick Devens then competed in the BB Block Buster competition for safety. Rick Devens won the competition, removing himself from the block.
Angela and Dee remained on the block and faced the house vote. Each houseguest cast their vote in the Diary Room.
Votes to evict Angela: Devens, Taylor, Yash
Votes to evict Dee: Drew, Melody
By a vote of 3 to 2, Angela became the tenth housemate evicted from Big Brother Season 28 in Week 9 and the second member of the jury, who will vote for the winner on finale night.
