AEW superstar Orange Cassidy has revealed his choice for the greatest professional wrestler of all time.
In a recent conversation with Catch Club ahead of AEW All In, several roster members were asked to name their dream tag team partner and dream opponent. Cassidy selected Dean Malenko as his preferred partner and Kenny Omega as his dream opponent.
“I don’t, I’m not looking ever to fight somebody. Like, I don’t want to get hit. But if I had to do a dream, like, tag team partner, you’re saying? Yeah. I would like to do, like, Dean Malenko. Because he could be, he go in there and get business done and then I could just hang out. Yeah. And he knows all the moves. He knows, and he could tell me what to do. He knows, he knows like a thousand,” Cassidy said.
For his dream opponent, Cassidy chose Omega, whom he also named as the greatest professional wrestler of all time. “Dream opponent, I think I’m going to have to go with Kenny Omega. I think he’s my possibly greatest pro wrestler, like maybe, in my opinion, the greatest pro wrestler of all time. We’re the same team,” Cassidy finished.
