The latest EIA report highlighted steady ethanol production at 1.099 million barrels per day for the week of September 4, remaining 4.17% above the same period last year. Meanwhile, equity markets saw a notable rally, closing up 33,000 barrels to reach a total of 25.22 million barrels in stock holders’ accounts—an 11.58% surge compared with identical reporting windows a year earlier.
Refinery input volumes show brisk growth, with ethanol processing increasing to 911,000 barrels per day and export shipments climbing to 161,000 barrels per day.
