Qatar’s foreign ministry spokesperson, Majed al-Ansari, told Al Jazeera that his country is determined to make diplomacy work to end the US-Iran conflict. On Tuesday, Qatar oversaw the first meeting between the US and Iran in months, held on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
