During the September 24, 2026, broadcast of TNA Impact, members of The System—including Eddie Edwards, Alisha Edwards, Cedric Alexander, Bear Bronson, and Brian Myers—made a prominent appearance. Bear Bronson confirmed that the prestigious Call Your Shot Gauntlet match will take center stage at Bound for Glory on October 11, 2026, declaring his own participation in the process. The victor of this grueling gauntlet will earn a coveted trophy and the ultimate prize: a championship match of their choosing. Thus far, Avery Styles and Frankie Kazarian have also thrown their hats into the ring for the bout.
Additionally, a chaotic six-way match has been scheduled to determine the next contender for the X-Division Championship at Bound for Glory. During the most recent episode of Impact, Ryan Nemeth secured his spot in the high-profile bout by defeating K.J. Orso. The fierce competition will also feature K.C. Navarro, Fabian Aichner, Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann, and one final, yet-to-be-announced competitor.
In a dramatic turn of events on the same episode of Impact, Indi Hartwell and TNA authority figure Daria Rae engaged in a heated confrontation that escalated quickly, culminating in Rae physically slapping Hartwell. The altercation was captured by TNA’s Director of Authority, Santino Marella, who subsequently presented the footage to the Board of Directors. As a result of the incident, Rae was suspended from her position. Following the chaos, Marella officially sanctioned a Knockouts World Championship match between Indi Hartwell and Xia Brookside, setting the stage for a massive title showdown at Bound for Glory.
