Welcome back to our premier Daily Fantasy Football selections for the week.
Our Week 3 slate delivered another highly profitable outing, spearheaded by an exceptional performance from Lamar Jackson. James Cook contributed 21.40 FanDuel points, securing the second-highest total among running backs on the main slate, while Garrett Wilson’s 21.7 points ranked second among wide receivers, behind only Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Let’s build on that momentum as we dive into Week 4.
On FanDuel, you will work with a $60,000 salary cap to construct your lineup. Each player is assigned a salary based on recent performance, matchup dynamics, and projected output. The key to success is balancing star power with high-value picks while remaining under the cap.
Below are our top DFS selections and lineup recommendations for Week 4’s main Sunday slate.

Quarterback
The Jaguars versus Bengals matchup features the highest Over/Under on the main slate at 51.5, promising an explosive offensive clash.
Despite Cincinnati’s Week 3 loss to Pittsburgh, Joe Burrow has been outstanding. He has thrown for 743 yards and six touchdowns through three games, consistently performing well against stout defensive units.
Now, Burrow faces a Jaguars defense that has struggled to contain opposing pass attacks. Jacksonville allows 8.79 yards per attempt and 13.18 yards per completion, both ranking fourth-highest in the NFL, alongside 235.7 net passing yards per game, which is ninth-highest.
While last week’s pick did not yield the desired results, C.J. Stroud now faces a struggling Cowboys defense and is expected to get his top target, Nico Collins, back in the lineup.
Dallas permits the third-highest opponent passer rating (121.3) and the second-highest completion percentage (72.6%) in the NFL, while also tying for the fourth-most passing touchdowns allowed with seven. If Stroud and the Texans cannot get their offense moving against this vulnerable defense, they could face significant struggles.
Houston stands at 0-3 for the second consecutive season. After overcoming a similar start to make the playoffs last year, the Texans desperately need a win to begin climbing out of another early hole. Stroud has the favorable matchup to deliver a breakout performance.
Running Back
Kyren Williams delivered an efficient, impactful performance against the Broncos in Week 3, rushing for 88 yards on 15 carries and adding six catches for 70 yards, while Blake Corum was limited to just 15 rushing yards.
Williams now gets a highly favorable Week 4 matchup against an Eagles defense that was recently picked apart by Case Keenum and the Bears. Philadelphia has also struggled against the run, allowing 127.3 rushing yards per game, the eighth-most in the NFL.
With Breece Hall sidelined for a few weeks due to injury, Braelon Allen steps in as the New York Jets’ primary starting running back.
The former Wisconsin standout possesses the power and explosiveness needed to handle this expanded role, and New York is likely to lean heavily on the ground game during their Week 4 road contest.
His first career start presents a highly favorable matchup against a Bears defense allowing 5.09 yards per carry, the second-most in the NFL, and 117.0 rushing yards per game.
Wide Receiver
DeVonta Smith has thrived as the Philadelphia Eagles’ primary wide receiver this season, catching 19 passes for 235 yards and a touchdown without committing a single drop. He currently ranks sixth among all wide receivers in receptions, eighth in targets, and 10th in receiving yards.
Last season against the Rams, Smith secured eight catches for 60 yards and a touchdown while serving as Philadelphia’s second option at wideout. With an expanded role in what could be a high-scoring matchup this week, he is poised for another strong performance.
Christian Watson has emerged as the lone bright spot in the Green Bay Packers’ struggling offense. He currently ranks fifth in the NFL in receiving yards (284), sixth in targets, and is tied for third in receiving touchdowns with four.
Green Bay averages the fewest rushing yards per game in the NFL. Against a Bucs defense that is strong against the run but vulnerable through the air, Watson is positioned for another big day on Sunday.
Tight End
Travis Kelce has returned to vintage form, already catching two passes of 40+ yards (59 and 48) through three games after having just one such play in 17 games last season.
He ranks second among all tight ends in receiving yards and now faces a Raiders defense that is allowing the third-most fantasy points to the position. It is an ideal matchup to keep his strong start rolling into Week 4.
Defense
Tampa Bay Buccaneers $3,200
Another week brings another excellent, budget-friendly defense option. While our cheap defensive strategy worked perfectly in the first two weeks, it hit a snag last week when Kirk Cousins lit up the Saints.
Tampa Bay is the top play in Week 4 against a Packers offense that is averaging an NFL-low 48.7 rushing yards per game, including just 17 yards against Atlanta.
If the Buccaneers successfully shut down the run, Jordan Love will be forced to rely heavily on the passing game, creating ample opportunities for sacks and turnovers for this underrated defensive unit.
