Joint venture aims to help small, mid-sized companies grow and pursue M&A

TOKYO — Aozora Bank has joined forces with the Japanese arm of U.S. consulting firm Arthur D. Little to create a combined investment and management advisory service. The initiative is designed to support small and midsize companies in pursuing mergers and acquisitions and expanding their operations globally.
