TOKYO — Japan’s leading semiconductor manufacturing equipment firm, Tokyo Electron, anticipates its operating profit to climb approximately 60% in the upcoming fiscal year, reaching a record 1 trillion yen ($6.3 billion) for the period ending in March. The robust earnings outlook is underpinned by strong sales volumes and strategic price increases across its product portfolio.
