October 07, 2026 (MLN): Security Leasing Corporation Limited (PSX:SLCL) has settled dues with several creditors and is engaged in final negotiations with the remaining parties, bringing the company closer to resolving its outstanding liabilities and reviving operations.
In a letter to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) responding to PSX Letter No. PSX/Gen 1182 dated October 6, 2026, the company confirmed it is actively working to settle its creditor obligations.
The company indicated that a significant debtor is expected to remit a large payment within the coming days, which will facilitate further debt clearance and support its revival initiatives.
Management continues to monitor progress on the remaining settlements and recoveries, with results to be reflected in the next annual financial statements.
The company pledged to keep the exchange informed of any material developments.
