Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have joined the pursuit of Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi, according to Football Insider.
The 22-year-old German forward has established himself as one of the most promising talents in European football, making significant strides during his tenure at Club Brugge. This season, he has started strongly with 12 goals in 14 appearances across all competitions.
His impressive performances have attracted attention from several elite European clubs. Both Arsenal and Manchester United have maintained a long-standing interest in securing his signature.
Chelsea and Tottenham are now also considering a potential move for the forward, with sources indicating that a transfer bid could cost around £42 million. However, Club Brugge appears reluctant to approve a mid-season departure.
The Belgian champions hold a strong negotiating position, with Tresoldi’s contract extending for another two and a half years, and they would prefer to facilitate a summer transfer instead.
Tresoldi himself remains content with his current role at the Belgian champions and intends to evaluate his options when the summer transfer window opens.
Barcelona has also expressed admiration for the former Hannover player and may submit a formal offer at the conclusion of the current campaign.
