The retailer, which offers discounted fashion brands such as Calvin Klein, Wrangler and Joules, appointed Jeremy Bleazard of XL Business Solutions as its liquidator on 26 May, according to official filings.
Leading Labels operates 15 stores across the UK, including locations in Basildon, Boston, Bury, Carlisle, Evesham, Ipswich, Lincoln, Norwich and Stevenage, as well as two outlets in Scotland.
The appointment follows a series of recent store closures. The company shut its Ipswich branch earlier this year, and stores in Bolton and Cleethorpes have also ceased trading in recent months.
Signage promoting closing‑down sales with discounts of up to 75 % has appeared in several remaining stores as the liquidation process unfolds.
Companies House records indicate that the retailer has overdue accounts, with its most recent financial statements pending since November 2025.
Drapers has contacted Leading Labels for comment.
