Simon Peter Carman, an Australian national, has been formally charged with murder following the discovery of 17-year-old Tunchanok Donhomla’s body inside a suitcase. Authorities confirmed CCTV footage showing the two individuals entering a hotel together, with Carman exiting hours later carrying only the suitcase, which is believed to contain the victim.
