LAHORE: Lahore police have filed an FIR against the owner of a tuition centre whose roof collapsed on Wednesday, leaving 14 children dead.
The first information report, copies of which are with Dawn, was lodged under sections 322 (manslaughter) and 337-H (qatl-e-shahood) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
