Lebanese Influencer Convicted of Smuggling Cannabis‑Infused Biscuits

Lebanese food influencer Georges Dib, also known as Dr Food, has been sentenced in absentia to life imprisonment with hard‑labour work after a court found him guilty of drug trafficking. Prosecutors reported that cannabis‑derived substances were concealed within biscuit products that were shipped through Turkey.
