Forbes has been residing on a houseboat near the marina where the arrest occurred.While Forbes was initially charged with felony burglary with bail set at $50,000, prosecutors have since reduced the charges to misdemeanors for loitering, squatting, and petty theft, according to Marin County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson Sgt.
