Rulli’s Initial Stint at Manchester City Ended Without Playing

The goalkeeper initially joined Manchester City from Deportivo Maldonado in 2016 after a productive loan spell at Real Sociedad. He arrived during Pep Guardiola’s tenure but never featured in a competitive match for the club. A pre-arranged loan back to Real Sociedad followed immediately, and he completed a permanent transfer to the Spanish side in January 2017.
