A dashcam video went viral after Carolina Molina shared footage of an ICE agent drawing his weapon during an encounter in Falls Church, Virginia.

Molina, who was distributing business cards at the time, claims agents encircled her car before the confrontation. She maintains she did not provoke the situation.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security criticized Molina’s actions, asserting she “weaponized her vehicle” during the incident. Molina has denied these allegations.
