Amazon requires that any dispute or claim relating to the use of its services, or to products or services sold or distributed by Amazon or through Amazon.com, be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver. Amazon requires that any arbitration proceeding be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action. Parties may only seek or obtain individualized relief in arbitration, and claims or requests for public injunctive relief or relief where a party acts in a representative capacity are not permitted.
