Tottenham are reportedly calm and confident over securing a transfer move for Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush.
The Egypt international is clearly emerging as one of Spurs’ top targets in attack as we approach the deadline, with a potential deadline-day deal on the horizon.
According to Fabrizio Romano, posting on his official X account,Tottenham are optimistic about agreeing terms with Manchester City for the versatile attacker by the start of next week.

This follows Romano also reporting that Tottenham’s pursuit of Man City’s Savinho has reached the ‘here we go’ stage, indicating proximity to an official announcement.
Tottenham’s need for reinforcements comes after a challenging start to the season, highlighted by a 3-0 loss to Brentford. Despite signing promising players like Toniolo and Fernandes earlier this summer,Roberto De Zerbi faces pressure to build a squad capable of improving upon last season’s survival effort.
Once new signings adjust, the addition of attacking talents like Marmoush and Savinho could provide the creativity needed to turn around the campaign.
Marmoush, who impressed at Eintracht Frankfurt, has been underutilized at City but could thrive in the Premier League with more playing time.
