Prior to the live broadcast of WWE Raw on August 24 from the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, newly signed WWE superstar Kyoki, formerly known as NJPW’s Hiromu Takahashi, secured a victory over Kit Wilson in a match taped for WWE Main Event.
Kyoki made his initial introduction during Friday’s SmackDown, where he was revealed as Shinsuke Nakamura’s mystery partner set to battle The MFTs.
During Monday’s Raw broadcast, a promotional vignette aired showcasing the upcoming arrival of Lola Vice, scheduled for the September 14 episode.
The 28-year-old former NXT Women’s Champion last competed on the August 4, 2026 episode of NXT, where she suffered a defeat against current NXT Women’s Champion Kendal Grey in an Underground Match. Additionally, Vice and her partner Mr. Iguana lost the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championships to La Hiedra and Laredo Kid at the Verano de Escándalo event on July 25.
Vice originally signed a development contract with WWE in March 2022, following a notable career in mixed martial arts where she competed under her birth name, Valerie Loureda.
