Accent Group Writes New Takeover Bid: Frasers Proposes Strategic Acquisition
The Accent Group has officially submitted a cash takeover proposal to Frasers Group, aiming to acquire the remaining shares not currently held. The formal offer outlines a target valuation of approximately AUD 0.65 per share, representing a significant financial commitment. Accent Group maintains a strong presence in the market, with operations spanning over 900 stores across Australia and New Zealand.
