Techlogix subsidiary targets Pakistan Stock Exchange debut next month to scale Islamic and SME financing solutions
AdalFi, a digital lending platform and subsidiary of Techlogix, is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) next month. According to reports from Bloomberg, the company aims to raise up to Rs652 million ($2.35 million) to bolster its small-business lending and Islamic financing operations.
The capital injection will be sought through the issuance of new shares on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
AdalFi utilizes an advanced digital financing platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and financial transaction data to evaluate creditworthiness and streamline loan accessibility.
Operating under a business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) framework, the company collaborates with banking institutions to analyze customer transaction patterns, allowing them to identify qualified candidates for financing.
Its proprietary technology empowers banks to deliver customized financial products, process applications in real time, and mitigate credit risk through automated scoring engines.
The platform is positioned to bridge the credit gap in Pakistan, where formal banking access remains limited to approximately 30% of the adult population.
In February 2023, AdalFi successfully raised $7.5 million in a funding round led by UAE-based COTU Ventures and Chimaera Ventures, with participation from Fatima Gobi Ventures, Zayn Capital, and various angel investors.
This upcoming listing aligns with a broader surge in Pakistan’s equity markets throughout 2026, as multiple firms seek public capital.
The resurgence of the local IPO market is being driven by stabilizing macroeconomic conditions under IMF programs, improved market liquidity, declining interest rates, and bolstered investor confidence.
AdalFi’s entry into the public market marks a significant step for the digital lending sector as the company seeks to scale its financial services nationwide.
