    MOD Form 2263 for Child Protection and its accompanying insert have been added. Additionally, MOD Form 2263, MOD Form 2263C, and the version of Form 2263 used for armed forces criminal legal aid applications in Iraq (Op Telic) or Afghanistan (Op Herrick) cases have been updated.

    On 29 May 2025, two new AFCLAA forms were introduced: one for extending a representation order to cover multiple advocates or King’s Counsel, and another for requesting offence re‑banding.

    In January 2024, the MOD Form 2263 for armed forces criminal legal aid applications limited to Iraq (Op Telic) or Afghanistan (Op Herrick) cases was added, reflecting the latest update.

    In July 2018, MOD Form 2263 was revised to improve access to criminal legal aid.

    In May 2018, the forms were updated to comply with the forthcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which took effect on 25 May 2018.

    In March 2017, MOD Form 2263 was updated for use with IHAT/Op Northmoor cases.

  8. 26 January 2017

    In January 2017, a specialised version of MOD Form 2263 was introduced for armed forces criminal legal aid applications relating to IHAT/Op Northmoor cases only.
