KUALA LUMPUR — AirAsia, the Malaysian budget carrier, expects to reinstate the majority of flights it previously cut during the recent oil price surge within the next three months, positioning itself for growth as fuel expenses decline. The airline has also reduced fares by 5%, according to its CEO.
