According to GOAL, Roma’s offer features a €5 million loan fee and a €35 million option to buy. Manchester United would also receive a 10% sell-on clause on any future transfer, as per the original agreement that facilitated Garnacho’s move to Chelsea. Sky Sports notes that Chelsea have made the winger available for transfer after he recorded eight goals and four assists across 43 appearances during his challenging first season. His contract extends to 2032, leaving Chelsea with limited urgency to accept a reduced offer.
