Like her brother, Aline Pereira built an impressive kickboxing career.

She competed for a super‑bantamweight title under Glory promotions before moving into mixed martial arts in 2022.

After a challenging 1‑2 start with Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA), Pereira stepped away from competition in 2023.

She found her stride in the Karate Combat League, posting a 3‑0 record with two knockouts and capturing the organization’s inaugural women’s flyweight title in 2024.

The Brazilian returned to MMA in late 2025, frequently training and cornered by her brother Alex.

In June, Alex fell short in his attempt to become a three‑weight UFC champion, losing to France’s Ciryl Gane in an interim heavyweight title bout.

Aline will face a formidable opponent in Sundell, who has amassed two victories in her MMA career to date.

At 21 years old, she signed with ONE Championship in 2022 and claimed the inaugural women’s strawweight Muay Thai title at just 17 years and 161 days, making her the youngest champion in the promotion’s history.
