Artificial intelligence is fundamentally transforming recruitment, yet for many recent graduates, it is also introducing significant new frustrations. As employers increasingly depend on automated screening tools to manage thousands of applications, job seekers express concern that highly qualified candidates are being discarded by algorithms before a human recruiter even reviews their resumes. Many job applicants believe AI is deciding their fate before a recruiter ever reviews their resume.
