Tony Khan confirmed recent developments regarding Anna Jay during the AEW Redemption 2026 media call. The former member of the Jericho Appreciation Society has formally extended her contract with AEW, solidifying her long-term commitment to the company.
While currently recovering from an undisclosed injury, Khan emphasized that Jay remains in excellent standing. He noted plans to integrate her into upcoming programming once her health allows, stating, “Anna is in good standing and has significant time remaining on her contract. She will remain with AEW.” Jay’s absence since the June 6 AEW Collision event, where she fell short alongside Tay Melo against Divine Dominion, has prompted this extension to ensure her future with the organization.
