Is a Second Season of Widow’s Bay Happening?
Apple renewed Widow’s Bay for a second season on June 11, 2026, a week before the season‑one finale.
Regarding the upcoming season, creator Katie Dippold noted, “Season two explores the island’s newfound tranquility and the absence of any looming threats.”
Matt Cherniss, head of programming for Apple TV, remarked: “Since audiences first stepped onto Widow’s Bay, they have been captivated by the eerie mysteries, unexpected humor, and cursed secrets that Katie, Hiro, Matthew and the rest of the team have crafted.”
He added, “It has become one of those shows that everyone is talking about, and we are excited to see viewers continue to embrace it. We look forward to returning for another season.”
