Arsenal have identified RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande as a key transfer target for the 2026 summer window, reports Sky Sports.
The club is prioritizing the signing of a dynamic left-wing forward to strengthen its attacking options, with Diomande emerging as a versatile alternative to expiring contracts held by Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli.
Diomande, an 19-year-old Ivorian international, has impressed during the 2026 World Cup, starting in a 1-0 victory over Ecuador. His adaptability to play on either flank aligns with Arsenal’s tactical needs. However, Leipzig is reportedly seeking €110 million for the player, indicating a significant financial commitment may be required.
Negotiations between Arsenal and Diomande’s representatives have already commenced, signaling advanced talks despite the promising player’s current commitment to the Ivory Coast national team.
