Christina Koch, NASA mission specialist and astronaut assigned to the agency’s Artemis II mission, took center stage on the field at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026. In the lead-up to the NFL contest between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Los Angeles Rams, Koch addressed the crowd and led attendees in a spirited rendition of the Eagles Fight Song.
The appearance is part of NASA’s Inspiration Tour, an initiative designed to strengthen relationships between the agency and its partners while highlighting innovation in aeronautics and space exploration. The event serves as a precursor to the MAX POWER aerospace technology expo and airshow, scheduled for early November at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
