MANILA — The cohesion of ASEAN will face a significant challenge this week as the Southeast Asian bloc’s foreign ministers convene for their annual conference. Delegations aim to address long-standing regional tensions, with the crisis in Myanmar, ongoing border disputes between Thailand and Cambodia, and maritime sovereignty issues in the South China Sea expected to lead the agenda.
