Banner Corp. Delivers Solid Q2 Profit Growth

Banner Corp. announced increased profit for its second quarter compared with the prior year.

The company posted earnings of $48.89 million, or $1.43 per share, up from $45.50 million, or $1.31 per share, a year earlier.

Excluding special items, adjusted earnings amounted to $49.22 million, or $1.44 per share.

Revenue increased 6.0% year‑over‑year to $171.96 million, compared with $162.15 million in the prior year.
