Paul Fritschner shared a photo on Twitter/X showcasing the outdoor basketball court at Mason’s Lindner Family Tennis Center, which will host the CareSource Invitational exhibition games on Wednesday, October 7. The event features Xavier facing Dayton at 5:30 p.m. and Cincinnati against Ohio State at 3 p.m., both aimed at raising awareness and funds for mental health and suicide prevention initiatives. While no television or streaming broadcasts are planned, radio coverage will be available. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com.
In case of inclement weather, the games will be relocated to UD Arena in Dayton. This marks the first basketball event at the Lindner Family Tennis Center, which recently hosted the Cincinnati Open in August. The facility’s $260 million transformation was completed in August 2025.
