The Welsh top‑division, established in 1992, is entering its 35th season with matches now mainly scheduled for Friday evenings.
The league has expanded from 12 to 16 clubs, adding Llandudno, Airbus UK, Holywell Town, Trefelin BGC, Cambrian United and Ammanford.
