Pocognoli is introducing a significantly revised tactical framework compared to his predecessor, accompanied by a shift in mentality, while gradually integrating several new faces into the setup.
It’s still early for the Belgian coach, his team, and Bowie alike, but the player currently on loan at Sassuolo feels the momentum building and sees this as his chance to leave a lasting impression.
“It’s a much longer international break,” he noted. “We’re together more often, which helps him communicate his vision clearly. Plus, we play more matches, so training time is naturally reduced.”

As someone who made his Rovers debut at 16, Bowie added: “People, especially Scottish supporters, may still picture me as I was during my Hibernian days, and that’s what they remember.”
