Following her viral exchange with Randy Orton at WWE SNME, Brandi Rhodes broke her social‑media silence.
Brandi Rhodes has spent more than ten years in professional wrestling. She is married to WWE star Cody Rhodes, and the pair appeared together on screen during their tenure in All Elite Wrestling, which concluded in 2022. She also accompanied Cody to the ring for his entrance at WrestleMania 40.
In an earlier interview this year, Cody Rhodes mentioned that there have been semi‑serious discussions about bringing Brandi back for occasional WWE television appearances.
I think people talk about it — I’d say semi-serious talks about her being brought back for things here and there. I mean, we saw Mama Rhodes get included in things from time to time. When you bring real elements of your life and my character’s rooted in a real person, then that always makes for great television and sometimes it can get a little too real.”
Cody also praised Brandi’s wrestling background and said he would support her if she chose to pursue her own projects.
I think Brandi (Rhodes) grew up very fast because of the nature of her experience in the wrestling business, and I always try to make those moments for her when she does come back, a reminder of how great the wrestling fans can be, because it’s easy to forget how wonderful they can be and really, the last time we saw her was WrestleMania 40. Just to be able to walk out there with me and own it before the company goes into the stratosphere… I certainly wouldn’t be opposed if she ever wanted to do something on her own or break into it…”
Brandi Rhodes Comments on Her Viral Randy Orton Moment at WWE SNME
During the recent WWE Sunday Night’s Main Event, Randy Orton faced Cody Rhodes in the main event. Because the show took place in Cody’s hometown of Atlanta, Brandi Rhodes sat in the front row with the rest of his family.
A clip from the match quickly went viral when Orton approached Brandi at ringside and she tossed her drink in his face. WWE’s official X account shared the footage, captioning it simply “Brandy.”
Brandi Rhodes responded to the post with her own remark:
Brandy with a Y throws drinks. Brandi with an I owns a children’s boutique. They got it right.”
Despite the distraction, Randy Orton ultimately prevailed over Cody Rhodes in a hard‑fought contest.
