Brazilian President Lula da Silva held his final campaign rally in Rio de Janeiro on Friday, while his main rival, Flavio Bolsonaro, drew thousands of supporters to the streets of Montes Claros in the country’s interior. The two candidates remain virtually tied in the race ahead of the October 4 election.
