Since the release of Arirang—the first new album from BTS in several years—the project has maintained strong momentum on the Billboard charts. The album’s success extends well beyond the United States, securing high positions across several American tallies while continuing to resonate deeply with a global audience.
Nearly every track from Arirang is currently represented on the Billboard Global 200, a chart that tracks the most popular songs worldwide. The South Korean septet has further expanded its presence on the roster as several tracks from Drake’s recent prolific release cycle have begun to slide, creating space for more BTS hits to return.
BTS Secures Twelve Global Chart Entries
On the latest Billboard Global 200, which aggregates streaming and sales data from across the globe, BTS now holds twelve positions. This represents an increase from the previous week, bolstered by the return of three specific tracks: “Into the Sun” has re-entered at No. 188, while “Merry Go Round” and “Please” have returned side-by-side at No. 199 and No. 200, respectively.
Worldwide Momentum Continues to Climb
The majority of BTS’s current Global 200 entries are either returning to the chart or climbing in rank. Only “Swim” and “FYA” experienced slight declines; “Swim” moved from No. 4 to No. 5, and “FYA” dipped two spots to No. 121.
The current Billboard Global 200 rankings for BTS are as follows:
- No. 5 – “Swim”
- No. 66 – “Body to Body”
- No. 71 – “2.0”
- No. 75 – “Hooligan”

International Dominance Outside the U.S.
The group’s international appeal is even more evident on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart, which excludes American consumption to provide a clearer picture of global trends. On this chart, BTS occupies 13 slots, maintaining a consistent presence without the need for re-entries.
The single “Swim” previously dominated this chart for eight consecutive weeks, tying the group’s longest reign. While it has now slipped to second place following the debut of Ariana Grande’s “Hate That I Made You Love Me” at No. 1, it remains a powerhouse performer. “Swim” is the only track from the group that did not see a gain this week on the Excl. U.S. tally. Additionally, “Night Only” appears on this chart, supplementing the 12 tracks found on the Global 200.
The current Billboard Global Excl. U.S. rankings for BTS are as follows:
- No. 2 – “Swim”
- No. 39 – “Body to Body”
- No. 42 – “2.0”
- No. 44 – “Hooligan”
