The second-round draw for the 2026-27 Carabao Cup will take place on Monday, 10 August at approximately 19:20 BST.
Eleven Premier League clubs will join the 35 victors from across the English Football League in the first round.
Brentford, Chelsea, Fulham, Newcastle United, Everton, Leeds United, Nottingham Forest, Tottenham Hotspur, Coventry City, Ipswich Town, and Hull City represent the top-tier teams set to enter Monday’s draw.
The event will be broadcast live on Sky Sports ahead of the final first-round match, a Devon derby between League One side Plymouth Argyle and League Two rivals Exeter City.
The initial two rounds feature a regionalized format, dividing teams into northern and southern sections.
The second-round matches are scheduled for the week beginning Monday, 24 August.
