CBS Sports announced that it has acquired the English‑language U.S. broadcasting rights for the Barclays Women’s Super League, with coverage slated to begin in September 2026 and continuing through the 2029‑30 season.
All 183 matches each season will be streamed live on Paramount+, the largest number of fixtures ever made available in the competition’s expanded format. CBS Sports Network will broadcast one match per week, while select fixtures will also air on the CBS Sports Golazo Network.
The Barclays Women’s Super League is England’s premier women’s soccer division, featuring clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City (defending champions), and Manchester United.
In addition to live match coverage, CBS Sports Golazo Network will provide comprehensive WSL programming through its dedicated show Attacking Third, as well as studio programs Morning Footy, Golazo Matchday, and Scoreline. Further coverage will be available on CBSSports.com, the Golazo Starting XI newsletter, the Attacking Third podcast, and the @WGolazo social media accounts.
The inclusion of the WSL further broadens CBS Sports’ already extensive women’s soccer portfolio, which already includes the NWSL, UEFA Women’s Champions League, Concacaf Women’s Champions Cup, Concacaf Women’s Gold Cup, Concacaf Women’s Championship, Concacaf Women’s Nations League, Serie A Femminile, and select UEFA Women’s World Cup qualifiers — all distributed across CBS, Paramount+, CBS Sports Network, and CBS Sports Golazo Network.
