A new opportunity has arisen for AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions The Brawling Birds to contest for supremacy at the September 26 edition of AEW All Out, featuring a notorious street fight in Chicago.
After securing their championship from Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor at All In: London on August 30, The Brawling Birds sought revenge. The former champions demanded a rematch and insisted that the division title be defended across a brutal Chicago Street Fight at the pay‑per‑view.
AEW President Tony Khan gave his approval to the street‑fight stipulation early this week, confirming that The Brawling Birds will face the resurrected Divine Dominion in what promises to be a physical test.
The rivalry intensified when commentators announced that the challenge had turned official following Bayne’s earlier defeat of Windsor at the September 2 AEW Dynamite broadcast.
Although the Brawling Birds retained their spotlight, the championship line extended beyond Chicago. Previously, Bayne prevailed over Windsor in a singles clash to tighten the rivals’ bond, providing ammunition for another high‑stakes encounter.
With both titans ready to collide, fans ahead of Saturday’s event can expect intense action. The rematch will be contested in a Chicago Street Fight to crown the dominant Queens of the Division.
Meanwhile, the card features additional spectacles: Will Ospreay defends the AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley, and Cope & Cage will battle FTR and The Young Bucks in a three‑way ladder match for the tag division crown.
