According to a notice published Monday on the People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) official procurement website, authorities are calling on suppliers, bidding agencies, evaluation experts, and military personnel to report any suspected violations concerning Rocket Force procurement processes.

The investigation seeks intelligence regarding irregularities in the acquisition of goods, services, construction projects, and medical or food supplies. The scope of the inquiry covers all phases of the procurement lifecycle, including the drafting of requirements, evaluation procedures, contract execution, and online purchasing activities.

While the notice does not specify a timeframe for the alleged misconduct, reports can be submitted via a dedicated telephone line or by mail through November 30, 2026.

This public appeal follows a similar precedent set in December 2025, when the military’s primary bidding platform requested information regarding procurement irregularities within the Air Force.
