BEIJING: China’s foreign minister expressed support for the Palestinians on Thursday, stating that the country will continue to advocate for the Palestinian cause, according to a ministry statement.
“The Palestinian issue should not be marginalized,” Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told his Palestinian counterpart, Varsen Aghabekian Shahin, in Baku, the statement indicated.
Wang called on “all peace‑loving countries” to back a two‑state solution, the ministry said.
